At Faithful Threads, we pour a little prayer and a lot of love into every order. But if something shows up looking less "blessed" and more "mess" — we've got you covered.

What We Cover

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong (like, that's definitely not what you ordered), we will make it right. Since every piece is made to order just for you, we aren't able to accept returns for sizing mix-ups or second thoughts — so take a moment, check that size chart, and trust the process before you checkout!

How to Request a Refund

You've got 30 days from your purchase date to reach out. Just email us at faithfulthreads365@gmail.com with your order number and a quick description of the issue (a photo helps too!). We'll get back to you faster than you can say "Hallelujah" and do our best to make sure you leave happy.
